Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. By booking, you acknowledge and accept our full terms and conditions (see link below).
Cancellations
Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before arrival receive a 50% refund (excluding any third-party processing fees).
No refund is available for cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival.
Excursions
Outings to local places of interest are included in your retreat. Participation is optional. No refund is available for missed or unused excursions.
Special Requirements
If you have any dietary needs, accessibility requirements, or other special requests, please let us know in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, though flexibility may be limited due to the small-group nature of the retreat.
